Hi Scott,
Judging by your email address, I think I played rugby with you at the Rowdies. If not, disregard. In any case, I am 39 and a veteran (victim) of Rugby Union since 1987. I am quite interested in Touch Football, but I need lots of coaching in football tactics and rules. I know how to run, pass laterally, and can kick off a tee and punt reasonably well. I have a second child on the way and shift work but I am 100% committed to training and games when I can make them. (probably 60%of the time) I'm 190 lbs 5'11" I train with weights, sprint, and train for agility, and cross-train for endurance. (Mustache at no extra cost!!)
